We can shift from struggling with what's not working, to finding a better way.

Tai Chi teaches us to move easy, everything we've got, in every direction we can. It's a way of harmony that makes it better to be here, and also makes here better. And the thing about tai chi is, it works everywhere. Yoga, tai chi, work, family, everything.
