We are overcoming mindset issues and obstacles. One of the biggest? Being “expert enough,” or what we like to call imposter syndrome. Imposter syndrome is that feeling of, “who would ever listen to me - lead alone pay me enough money?” This is something we had to overcome a lot when we were starting our online business. We learned how and now we’re going to help you do the same!     Show Notes My first obstacle of overcoming imposter syndrome was when I started my online business about coaching football. My first season coaching we went 0-10. I was thinking, “who would listen to a guy that never won a state championship if he was out there selling stuff?” But, I took what I learned from that experience and applied it to my own coaching and learned how to accomplish goals I set for my team! We turned everything around - that is what I could teach other coaches to do too! All you have to do is find those other people out there that are only a chapter or too behind you in their stories!   3 Tips for Overcoming Imposter Syndrome: Go with what you know!  It doesn’t have to be what you’re passionate about, but what you know a lot about. Post and ghost! You have to push forward and just release your content. You have to look in the mirror and say, “I’ve got something to say. I do know about this. I can help other people 1 or 2 steps behind me in their journeys and I’m going to!” Know who you’re helping and focus on them! Think about all the pressures that come with the problem you’re trying to solve.
