Having a practice of gratitude will change your life dramatically. When things are going well for you a practice of gratitude will ground you and help you navigate with ease. When things are a real struggle, gratitude dissolves the tension and helps you see more clearly toward a better way. Gratitude is something you need to be doing every day, just like drinking enough water. A practice of gratitude can improve your sleep, reduce stress and inflammation, improve mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. Having this practice has helped me in countless ways. I'm overjoyed to share with you.

We hear from Jana on her experience with gratitude meditation.

This episode ends with a gratitude meditation you can take with you and practice daily.
