We Talked about How a Career Is Important and should be taught.He is a mechanical engineering graduate of Brigham Young University and also holds an MBA degree from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business. Jeff has worked at companies large and small, including General Motors as part of the Knowledge-Based Engineering team, and at METER Group, a smaller company that designs instrumentation and software for environmental monitoring and food manufacturing.  In 2019, he founded More Than Engineering, a coaching and consulting company focused on leadership/career development for engineers and technical workers. Jeff provides engineering and software pros with professional coaching to help develop soft skills, like leadership and mindset, to unlock hidden potential and remove self-imposed roadblocks for their career and life.  For years, he has had the pleasure of supporting engineers and software professionals, from new grads to director level. Having been on the front lines in the technical world, he has been able to map out the necessary skills for becoming a quality leader in the field.
