Italian-Australian artist Diego Bonetto grew up on a dairy farm in Northern Italy, where it was commonplace to forage — to reap the wild produce of the land around him. It's a habit he continued when he moved to Australia in the 1990s, and it has recently been compiled in a new book, Eat Weeds: A field guide to foraging. Diego leads Jonathan around Sydney's Queens Park for an urban forage — identifying what weeds are and aren't safe for human consumption.
