In fact, without adding any kind of scarcity and urgency into your offer… you don't give your clients a reason to buy now. Sure, they may like your program and even be potentially interested in buying, but if they don't have a reason to act now, most of them will want to 'think about it.' When I sit down with a client and ask them how they think they could add scarcity and urgency to their offer, they usually respond with the usual 'I'll offer a discount' strategy. And what I typically say next completely catches them off guard... Ready for this one: Do not offer discounts. Do not put your coaching programs and your time 'on sale.' It not only trains your people to never ever pay full price for your service, but it also tells the universe that you're not worthy of getting paid what you're truly worth.
