3 years ago today, your 2019 Washington Nationals climbed the mountain top and beat the Houston Astros in 7 games to win the World Series. Ryan looks back on that crazy year from the 19-31 start, to eventually winning it all in Houston on October 30th. Do you remember when the fans wanted Davey Martinez fired midway through the season after a disappointing first season and a half as manager? What was so special about that team? Ryan jumps into that all here. Also, how did the Nats fall this fall off in such a short period of time? It's rare to see the falloff like we had that year, but it also needed to happen to start that next championship run after losing a lot of the core, and not much help coming out of the farm system. So,, the main question answered for you today- What made the Nationals go from World Series champs, to bottom of the barrell in 2022?
