Faith is using an app to count calories and it's actually helping her lose weight.  Also it's kind of  interesting learning about the calorie density of different foods.  We call it "Data Not Deprivation".   Faith loves Grimes. Grimes has a new album.  And Faith REALLY loves Grimes.  Kath is glad Grimes is pregnant because Faith dislikes kids and Kath is pretty sure if kids weren't in the picture, Faith would leave Kath for Grimes.     The "thorn" phoneme aka the "th" sound, which Faith couldn't pronounce as a kid, so she had mouth surgery to fix because otherwise she would be bullied. She was still bullied, of course, but not for the thorn thing.   Faith is a very accomplished podcaster and her other podcasts include the Last Podcast on The Left, Hardcore History, Serial , and the first- ever podcast, War of the Worlds .   Acquitted child-murdering mother Casey Anthony did not work at Universal Studios, but kept the lie going as long as she could.     Food life hack: vegetables are very nutrient-dense and low calorie.  Roast chunks of carrots, potatoes, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, zucchini, and red onion with salt and a little olive oil, and toss a little lemon tahini dressing on top. OMG yum.
