HJRP1014 - Humorous Games Your hosts: Stu, Stork, Kimi, Bill Shownotes! We talk about our games at Gateway2103, why Episode 10-13 will never be heard, and about the Tales of the Floating Vagabond Kickstarter. If you're interested, you can also get the first edition of Vagabond on DTRPG as well. There's also a bundle of the first edition as well. We spend some time talking about running humorous games as well. Kyle writes in to ask about handling travel in a game and also about resources for world maps. Stu suggests Campaign Cartographer, which is very powerful software (but has a sort of steep learning curve).  Ornimancer writes in about how players visualize what we describe, his preference for Savage Worlds and a beer recommendation. Andreas writes in to say "fuck balance" when it comes to houseruling and homebrewing. Thomas Who Doubts writes in about applying RPGs to a class about the Civil Rights Movement, gaming with Webelos and an intriguing idea about running a game where critical information is kept from the GM (think of a murder mystery, where one player is the murderer, and none of the players -- nor the GM -- know). And Aether Punk delights us with a gaming nightmare.
