We are in the thick of awards season, and so far we've seen a few Aussies take home some pretty impressive accolades.

We know Hollywood is chock full of Australians. Margot Robbie, Cate Blanchett, Hugh Jackman, Chris Hemsworth, just to name a few. But arguably the most notable Australian to make it big in Hollywood was the late Heath Ledger.

In this episode of The Quicky, as we remember Heath Ledger's passing on January 22 2008, we hear from a friend of the Ledger family and recipient of the Heath Ledger scholarship about just how much Heath did, and still does, for his fellow Aussie actors.
