Major health reforms aimed at fixing a health system many say is broken and unfair are set to be announced at 8am on Wednesday. The Health and Disability System Review last year recommended a huge restructure - including slashing the number of district health boards and creating a Māori Health Authority. Hundreds of people are gathering at parliament to hear the Health Minister Andrew Little announce what the government plans to do. Many hope it will be the change the health system needs, but others worry it will just be tweaking around the edges Here's health correspondent Rowan Quinn.
