Health authorities have ditched a plan to do data matching on 111 callers in mental distress, despite saying it was crucial to design ways to help them. They had intended last month to start listening to lots of emergency mental health callers They would than have matched that to information held in police, health and state social agencies' databases. Reporter Phil Pennington spoke with Corin Dann.
