Shanna Warner grew up in SE Oklahoma, near the town of Wilburton.  In her early career, she was a radio announcer, reporter and journalist.  Today, she and her husband publish Natural Awakenings Oklahoma, a free health and wellness magazine.  She is also a writer.  Her newest book will be available November 1st  -  Easy Stress Solutions: How to Meditate Like a Master, Banish Anxiety and Kick Depression to the Curb.  Today we are discussing her book: Ghost Encounters: 13 True Tales of the Supernatural.
