Submit ReviewLocated in remote Massachusetts inside Berkshire Hills is the Bloody Tunnel, with ghost stories dating back to the 1800s. Actually called Hoosac Tunnel, this 4.75-mile tunnel is an active rail line that passes through the Hoosac Mountain Range.
Former construction and rail workers report mysterious apparitions, unexplainable occurrences, spirits in the forest and disembodied voices. And it’s no surprise. During the controversial construction of this stretch of track at least 200 men lost their lives to workplace accidents, explosions and even cold-blooded murder.
