The Nets played their 41st game of the year on Thursday, a loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder. They were without Kyrie Irving, Kevin Durant, Patty Mills, and others for this one. Was it ideal? No, but this was also the team’s fifth game in seven nights which also included a ton of travel along the way. The Locked on Nets guys used the moment to look back at the first half of the season for the team and evaluate how things have gone to this point.

Considering all of the context around the team, are we happy with where the Nets are at this point? What have been some of the biggest surprises and disappointments with the squad? Why players have stood out and who has left a lot to be desired? It’s a full, half-season check-in on a team still very much playing for an NBA championship.
