Wanting to better understand Canadian gun culture, new Canadian Rhys, posted a call for insight on the subreddit r/canadaguns. The post exploded, with tens of thousands of views and hundreds of comments. Some helpful, some frustrated, but generally a lot of people took the time to share detailed posts about how they feel and what guns mean to them.

We wanted to share this little online adventure and how it changed some perspectives on the hot topic of guns in Canada.
