We love a good cliff-hanger here at Hail and Well Met and so you were left with such last episode! Our heroes, exhausted from trekking and battling through the Alpynridge Mountains, now held at the point of sword by an eloquent and well accented man. Listen along to this episode to find out what happens next to Arlen, Calgaar, and Tal and their new acquaintances, learn about root vegetables, the inner workings of politics and governments in the world of Kalanthus, and what sound a guinea pig makes when you stuff it into a bloodied bear skin pouch!

No animals or cabbages were harmed during the making of this podcast!

Words I didn't know when I was editing this podcast:

  • "seneschal": a seneschal was a senior position filled by a court appointment within a royal, ducal, or noble household during the Middle Ages and early Modern period – historically a steward or majordomo of a medieval great house. No relation to "Zooey Deschanel" although we are still searching.
  • "onager" (weapon): was an imperial-era Roman, torsion powered, siege engine; in other words, a small catapult.

If there's anything else that doesn't make sense, or you too would like to discuss the merit of cabbages, please get in touch with us! On Discord, Reddit, Twitter, Facebook or via e-mail! We'd really love to hear from you. We really would. Seriously give us some feedback already. We're so lonely. It would take like, a minute. C'mon.

Thanks to Seth Merlo for voicing Brannin Teine.

Special thanks to our wonderful and generous cabbage merchants: Gio; Andrew; Ryan - and everyone else. Without you, we would not have the ability to have created this podcast. Check out our Patreon page where you too can support us, allowing us to purchase cabbages and cabbage related accessories.

Thanks to all the cabbage lords involved in this episode of Guild of Adventurers, including:
