Guilaine is the director and founder of Race Reflections. As psychologist and clinician, she has over 15 years experience working with issues of equality and justice. As an educator, Guilaine teaches critical psychology and black studies to undergraduates. She is also the author of Living While Black, which shares the lived experience of various manifestations of racism.
