- Time off/breaks are essential
- Flow state is sacred and needed daily
- Play money is a part of building wealth
- Community is essential
- Play time is essential (weekly if possible more)
- Deep, passionate and vulnerable conversations/check ins are energizing and needed weekly(if not more)
- Not all conversations need immediacy. Create a system to table thoughts and then address when you have the head space.
- Daily mediation practice to touch base with your feelings. Follow up with journaling or conversation with someone you trust.
- If your mind is hyper focused on a task or idea, address it, then return to being present/in the moment.
- Physical movement daily
- Daily mindful, quiet, or still time spent in nature/outside
- Clean space clear mind
- Have a weekly social media sabbath
