The Success Recipe

  • Time off/breaks are essential
  • Flow state is sacred and needed daily 
  • Play money is a part of building wealth
  • Community is essential
  • Play time is essential (weekly if possible more)
  • Deep, passionate and vulnerable conversations/check ins are energizing and needed weekly(if not more)
  • Not all conversations need immediacy. Create a system to table thoughts and then address when you have the head space.
  • Daily mediation practice to touch base with your feelings. Follow up with journaling or conversation with someone you trust.
  • If your mind is hyper focused on a task or idea, address it, then return to being present/in the moment. 
  • Physical movement daily
  • Daily mindful, quiet, or still time spent in nature/outside
  • Clean space clear mind
  • Have a weekly social media sabbath
