Have you experienced back-to-back challenges throughout your life? As the old saying goes, when it rains it pours, but by taking the time to process and move through our grief, we can conquer anything.

In this episode, I am excited to be joined by the wonderful Dr. Marcy Cole. Dr. Marcy Cole is a holistic psychotherapist who works with adults, couples, adolescents, children, and families. Throughout this episode, Dr. Cole shared her personal stories of grief. She describes her experience when her worst fear came true - both of her parents passing away. Within her personal life and her work, Dr. Cole’s understanding of human psychology and how we interpret grief in its many forms is eye-opening. Her work has been featured in the Huffington Post, Maria Shriver’s Sunday Paper, and Goop. Dr. Cole also produces Life Enrichment Events, through the women group platform she founded in 2004, called First Tuesday Global. It is Dr. Cole’s mission to build a worldwide community of women, dedicated to social connectivity, personal growth, professional development, and social justice.
