Do you have mixed emotions around the holidays? The holidays can be particularly difficult if you are estranged or distanced from certain relationships in your life.

In this episode, I am excited to be joined by the amazing Candace Pollock. Candace is an attorney,  the host of the podcast, The Intentionality Gurus,  and the founder of her coaching business, the Advisors Institute. Candace’s true joy is uncovering the root and factors that drive thoughts, feelings and behaviors so her clients can grow their inner guru to turn their untapped potential into strategic impact. After losing her husband, Candace came across the Grief Recovery Method and saw extremely successful results. Motivated to help others who had been in her position, she became an Advanced  Grief Recovery Specialist. Throughout this episode, Candace and I talk about her work as an attorney and how estrangement often comes up when she works in Wills and Trusts. Estrangement isn’t spoken about much in the grief space, but it’s incredibly important that we acknowledge its presence.

Tune in to learn the unique dynamic between grief and estrangement from Candace Pollock!
