In Episode 1 we welcome cartoonist Greg Moodie to the show. Greg’s unique political cartoon strips came to prominence during the Scottish independence referendum campaign between 2012 and 2014. Initially available on the National Collective website and latterly on Bella Caledonia, Greg began a weekly spot in The National newspaper shortly after it’s November 2014 launch.

 

 

Greg has two books of strips out at the moment, Greg Moodie Versus The Union and Greg Moodie’s Election Dissection and is launching a book of Chris Cairns’ cartoons from Wings Over Scotland in October 2015.

 

Greg recently jumped into animated satire with his Moodievision series. We chat about all that plus Greg’s avid following on social media in this episode.
