Green housing advocates say the Government would be mad to roll back insulation standards that save a new home an estimated 40 percent on heating. An RNZ official information request has revealed building and construction minister Chris Penk is considering the roll back, citing added costs. Green Building Council chief executive Andrew Eagles spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
