The Biden administration’s foreign-policy agenda during its first two years in office has been marked by Russia’s war in Ukraine, increased tensions with China, the botched U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, and several other pressing issues.  At roughly the halfway point of his first term, it’s a good time to ask: How has U.S. President Joe Biden performed on foreign policy? Is there an emerging Biden Doctrine?  FP Live host Ravi Agrawal spoke to experts on both sides of the aisle for answers.
