Changes to Data Protection mean the claimant has to ask the GP for medical evidence, sort through it and get the important bits. This week the GPs tell us that’s just half of the story. We ask the GP Committee of the BMA - were they consulted? Also the man with a five and half year backdated electricity bill of more than a thousand pounds all because of a problem with a meter. What went wrong, who is responsible and does he have to pay?
