In Episode 7 of Scream at the Screens (SATS): Game of Thrones Season 6 Premiere, the team presents more evidence that Glenn is in fact dead, and comments on the final X-Men Apocalypse and the latest Independence Day trailers. Tyler bows out for this episode as he is still trying to catch up to season 6 of Game of Thrones (GOT) and there is no need to ruin that greatness for him.

They also talk about a special upcoming event, Texas Frightmare Weekend! (April 29th – May 1st), where you will get chance to meet the SATS crew. Get your tickets now at www.texasfrightmareweekend.com. SATS will be there meeting with fans, handing out goodies and recording and interviewing stars and fans alike. We’ll release a special episode featuring Texas Frightmare Weekend soon after. Remember to follow us on Twitter and Instagram @ScreamatScreens for all the latest updates.

SHOW NOTES:

Is Glenn really dead?

Steven Yeun’s latest movie role (Okja) seems to support that, as he adds another role scheduled to record in Serbia in or around the same time as the Walking Dead Season 7.

Upcoming Films:

X-Men: Apocalypse released it final trailer before its May 27th, 2016 release starring all of the previous cast with some new fan favorites, such as Psylocke, Storm and Nightcrawler. The SATS team explores the possibilities for mayhem if only they had Mystique’s abilities.

Check out the trailer of X-Men: Apocalypse today.

Independence Day: Resurgence releases June 24th, 2016. The team discusses their frustration with the Hollywood sequel machine but can admit that the latest film doesn’t look so bad. We cover the cast of returning characters and the uncanny ability for Aliens to take out landmarks, much as Jeff Goldblum mentions in the trailer.

Game of Thrones Season 6 “The Red Woman” Review:

On Sunday April 24th, 2016 the GOT drought came to an end. The team was excited to discuss the continued story line of all the remaining main characters. We finally discovered Sansa’s and Theons fate, which included our favorite blonde, non-penis owning knight.

In Dorne the Sand Snakes return and sort of get a chance to show off their deadly reputation, leaving the team with mixed feelings on their Murder Death Kills.

At Kings Landing the High Septon tries to play good cop with Margaery Tyrell while Cersei broods over her humiliation. The team sort of sympathizes with that scene of her watching her incest Twin return with the strong sad face and a dead body behind him.

Over in Braavos, Arya is getting some unwanted Dare Devil training.

Meanwhile the Mother of Dragons finds herself back with the Dothraki that deliver some chuckle worthy and awkward comedy.

Of course the team focuses on the obviously dead Jon Snow and the hot turned creepy saggy red witch. Hoping the next episode would give it up and not tease us for the next few episodes on Jon Snow’s fate.

The team discusses who was missing and what could hopefully be expected for next week.

Check out this video of bad lip reading for Game of Thrones.

Texas Frightmare Weekend:

The SATS team will be at Texas Frightmare Weekend handing out goodies, interviewing everyone, and hanging out with the crowd. We can’t wait to see all the passionate horror fans out there. To join us get your tickets now at: Texas Frightmare Weekend.
