In this episode Rachel’s talks about anger and resentment. When we feel wronged or hurt, instead of lashing out, is there a way we can use challenging situations as a way to grow? As something she’s personally dedicated to working on in 2018 Rachel gets candid and honest about her personal anger issues and how harboring resentment holds her back in relationships. While struggling through her baby girls first bout of sickness she finds herself feeling fearful and sleep deprived, eventually leading to anger and feeling resentment toward a close friend. Acknowledging your anger is important - it’s when we cling to it and it becomes resentment that it starts tripping us up! Realizing that resentment takes us away from kindness and compassion and separates us from finding a solution to the problem is the first step to letting it go.  To learn more about listener data and our privacy practices visit: https://www.audacyinc.com/privacy-policy Learn more about your ad choices.
