What I have seen in the personal transformation space over the past few years is that there is a big focus on awareness and having aha moments.
Whilst this awareness is absolutely critical to be able to actually make a change, if we stop there, then nothing will change.
We must actually choose to change our actions, behaviours, thoughts and beliefs. And then as soon as we choose, we must actually implement those changes, otherwise, nothing will change!
