On this week's episode, Catt welcomes former Secret Service agent, reality TV host, and author, Evy Poumpouras, to her virtual bedroom.

Evy has been a badass since a young age. Growing up New York Tough, she ended up joining the NYPD, serving as a first responder on the frontlines of 9/11, and eventually becoming a Secret Service agent and a special polygrapher.

From working for former president Barack Obama, to continuing to serve her community by delivering coffee and donuts to police during this Coronavirus pandemic, Evy teaches us that our most powerful weapon is our voice. She also recently wrote a book, "Becoming Bulletproof: Life Lessons from a Secret Service Agent," and is a judge on the Bravo reality TV series, "Spy Games."

Also in this podcast, Catt opens up about being an optimist, learning to embrace the unknown, and why Evy has inspired her to start doing pull-ups.
