-relocated to Reno knowing no one
- left my corporate career to be a stay-at-home mom after 27 years (high pressure, always on, a lot of tech years)
- my husband retired after 28 years at Deloitte- we both had major adjustments
- became a full-time stay-at-home mom, and primary caregiver for two 1/2 years
- adjusting to a new home, used to running things learned how to just be and join
- pandemic changed everything
- started to realize needed more (guilt/failure feeling)
- found ways to rethink how I look at career and success - admired other moms forging their own way- can I do that too?
- took some leaps of faith (heard it as a calling to try this) Pampered Chef “mission”
- discovered transforming my kitchen was also transforming myself - how I think and do things
- daughter central component in being involved in what I did, kids in the kitchen, exposure, thinking exploring included
- parenting learning in the kitchen from the start
- multiple things leading to a bigger idea - how can I share what I’ve learned in all areas of life to inspire others (jennmarieliving)
