Submit ReviewDo you have a creative process that has helped you in your grief recovery? While recovering from grief can impact our mental health, relationships, and productivity, turning to a creative outlet can help us find closure.
In this episode, I am joined by Teresa Thome. Teresa is co-founder and Managing Partner of Michigan-based Fubble Entertainment. She is a writer, producer, director, and performer. After growing up with a very complicated mother, Teresa woke up one day and decided to “stop hating her dead mother”, and her solo show Warm Cheese was created as a way to process her mother’s life and death. “Warm Cheese” won Best Script at United Solo in 2019 and Teresa continues to work through her late mother’s journals to create a fantastic show while processing her grief.
Tune in to learn about Teresa’s unstable relationship with her late mother and how she has created an award-winning show from processing her grief.
