When I first became an entrepreneur, I thought I had to do everything. That's one of the reasons why I talk about distractions and information overload a lot. I believed that business building was a sprint, not a marathon. If you believe that things are quick and that you're behind, it's a good time to take a step back. — Jen
We pivoted last year. We started this new business, and we had come up with a design. It continues to evolve as you work through a perfecting process. You have to give yourself grace to say, I'm going to be learning. Even if you have done things similar in the past, each new thing requires that you work through it. So give yourself grace, understand that it's a learning process, and it's going to take time to perfect the process. — Shelley
