Since the inception of the Australian Women in Agriculture industry 30 years ago, female farmers have made strides at reducing traditional stereotypes on farms. 

But today at the organisation's conference women from across Australia will meet in Albury-Wodonga to look back on the progress made and forward to issues still holding them back.
