While Israel's booming economy is fuelled by digital innovation, agricultural advancement and the discovery of the Leviathan gas field in the Mediterranean, the gap between rich and poor is growing - and with it, acute social problems. Israel's homelessness is being addressed by among others, a social action NGO in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem called Migrash Beiti. One of their big projects is taking an Israeli team to this summer's Homeless World Cup in Cardiff. Omri Abramovich from Migrash Beiti says Israeli poverty is "looking more like the USA than Europe" and explains the background to Israel's homeless and the challenge of getting a team together for Cardiff.
