27% of U.S. podcast listeners have a 4-year college degree – vs 19% of the general population.

Where is your current audience? Which social platforms do they use? Do you know for sure? And which platforms will they use in 1 year and 2 years? You don’t know. Current audience is one thing. But then there’s this question:

Where is your ideal audience?

And an even better question:

Where is the smart audience?

Facebook is declining: 61% of respondents age 12+ report using FB, down from a peak of 67% in 2017.

Facebook is in that inning of the baseball game where the crowd has started to stand up and leave because they know their team is going to lose.

Put simply, gen pop is on Facebook.

A more educated and discerning audience is on podcasts. That is why podcast advertising is so incredibly effective

  • Brands that advertise their products and services on business podcasts enjoy an average 14% rise in purchase intent.
  • 65% of podcast listeners are likely to buy a product after hearing an ad in a podcast.
