Submit ReviewI absolutely loved this conversation with Tricia Huffman on F the Shoulds. Do the Wants. Removing one word from your vocabulary can have such a big impact on your thoughts and actions. I plowed through her book, put this into practice, and have noticed how often I lean into the bad habit of "I should," instead of "What do I want" or "What can I do?" If you're a human with a beating heart, you can relate. Whether you're going through issues of second-guessing yourself, being indecisive, body issues, guilt or shame, F the Shoulds will inspire and empower you to soften, notice what you feel, and respond accordingly. It's seriously yoga in action.
