To learn more about the science of fungi, how to spot them around the city, and the best methods to cooking with different mushrooms, we're joined by Sigrid Jakob and Paul Sadowski, members of the New York Mycological Society, an organization created by New Yorkers passionate about fungi that has been hosting walking tours, lectures, and workshops since 1962.
