Eritrea’s president Isaias Afwerki has taken part in a rare press conference during a visit to Kenya, where he fielded questions regarding the participation of his military in the Tigray war. The press event took place after a bilateral meeting with Kenyan president William Ruto, with the two countries announcing a mutual visa-free travel agreement. Plus, the head of the World Trade Organization, Nigerian economist Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, tells us that richer nations have a duty to help poorer nations struggling with the current global cost of living crisis. And we meet Ghanaian music producer Quick Action, who has collaborated with some of the continent’s biggest stars, and achieved success despite his dyslexia.
