The Oilers are back from their post-break road trip with a 3-1 record, which means we had plenty to talk about on the brand new Tuesday episode of Oilersnation Radio. On today’s show, we’re talking Erik Karlsson rumours, the Oilers' cap situation, tomorrow's rematch against Detroit, and a whole lot more.

To kick off this week’s Tuesday podcast, we got started with a look at the Erik Karlsson trade rumours that have popped up over the last handful of days. And seeing as everyone has an idea or two on how to acquire him, we debated whether or not it's at all likely that a trade like this happens given what would have to leave to make it happen. Another name that's been tied to the Oilers a little bit lately is Patrick Kane, and that had us offering another round of guessing whether or not this is a target that makes any sense. From there, we looked at the lack of roster news from the Oilers today as basically everyone thought this would be the day that Jesse Puljujarvi was either traded or put on waivers. But since nothing happened, now we're left to sit and wait for some kind of resolution that just keeps getting kicked down the road. Lastly, we wrapped up the Tuesday episode of Oilersnation Radio with another riveting round of Word Association that Tyler put so much time together.
