In this episode Lilli interviews Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer Charlotte Beswick.  Charlotte is qualified in Mindfulness and Eating Psychology.

I have been a coach and personal trainer for just over 3 years and I started my journey after losing 27kg, battling an eating disorder, chronic pain and anxiety. I know and understand first-hand the struggles involved in getting fit and healthy. Taking that first step is the most daunting and the main reason most people put it off – through fear. I coach and guide all my clients through that journey. Ditch the yo-yo diet, find that motivation within themselves to achieve EVERYTHING they have ever wanted with their health and fitness; not for a day or a week but forever. Making lifestyle changes which they can use for the long haul!!! I use a variety of mindset techniques, nutritional guidance, exercise programming and teaching clients to live in the present moment, love themselves from the inside out and make decisions which get them closer to their goals.

Away from fear and anxiety and into pleasure.

 Healthy, Fit and Happy – It is yours for the taking.
