In this Episode, we go over the details of Bert Franklin’s Bond Hearing. The defense team was confident Bert could post bail and be with his family until he awaited trial. The states' attorney tells Roxy, along with other members of Lincoln’s family that they have recovered the video footage showing exactly what happened to Lincoln. On this day Roxy saw for the first time Lincoln’s murder and all the pieces of the puzzle fit together perfectly.
