A-List Interiors is a unique New York City interior designer collaboration between two style-driven women, Anelle Gandelman, a former art dealer and Ariella Duker, a former fashion stylist. Anelle and Ariella first met while studying fine and decorative arts at Sotheby’s Institute of Art in New York. Their work together emerged organically as Ariella’s fashion clients began requesting her shopping and styling services for their homes, and Anelle’s art advisory clients began asking her for advice on home design and decor that extended beyond their walls. Together, Anelle and Ariella bring their complementary skill sets to interior design and decoration projects, including new construction and large-scale residential renovations. Leveraging their distinct experiences, educations, industry connections and personal styles, they bring to others their shared passion and skill for making interior spaces undeniably sophisticated and stylish, as well as infinitely warm, inviting and full of life. The design duo was recently featured as Rising Stars in NYCG and worked as the production designers on an episode of HGTV’s Property Brothers, “Buying Selling”. About Anelle Gandelman: Anelle comes from a strong background in both art and design. She is an alumna of DwellStudio, a New York-based home furnishings company, where she served as Head of Design before leaving to start her own design firm and contemporary Art Gallery in 2007. Her high-end interior design and art advisory firm, Anelle Gandelman Fine Art Interiors, focused on personalized attention and meticulous detail for the discerning client. She has worked with both corporate and private clients in Manhattan, Greenwich, CT, Long Island, NY and Westchester County, NY. In addition, she served on the board of directors of the Rye Arts Center in Rye, NY. Anelle studied Interior Design at the New York School of Interior Design and holds a Certificate in American Art and antiques from the Sotheby’s Institute of Art. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Parsons School of Design. Anelle’s style is classically inspired with a glamorous edge. She is known for statement lighting and creating custom interiors that reflect each client’s personal aesthetic while enhancing their particular lifestyle. About Ariella Duker: Ariella’s experience and training has rendered her an expert in “the finer things”: luxury goods, art, wine and fashion. As a stylist, she helped clients outfit themselves as well as their homes and offices. Her clientele is an international one, and she has extensive experience with international shipping logistics. Through her work, she has cultivated strong relationships with boutiques, showrooms and event venues throughout the New York metro area. Ariella studied Fashion Styling, Fabric Styling and Home Fashion at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. She is a graduate of the Sotheby’s Institute of Art, where she earned a Certificate in American Art and antiques, and graduated with a B.A. in Art History from Binghamton University. She has a special interest in wine, earning certificates from the American Sommelier Association, the Sommelier Society of America, and the Wine Spirit Education Trust. Ariella is known for her resourcefulness and ability to draw inspiration from unexpected sources. Fluent in both classic and contemporary, high culture and pop culture, vintage and modern—Ariella’s signature style often balances elements of multiple such influences seamlessly and tastefully. Her attention to detail and sophisticated sensibility translate into flawlessly stylish interior design results, whether her canvas is a tabletop, a wall or an entire room.
