Matt, Ivan, and Ajulo talk at length about the importance of considering low- and moderate-income communities when mapping out the clean energy future for North Carolina. Specifically, we talk through the shortcomings of HB951 as pertains to diverse communities across the state, and the creative solutions that should be considered down at the NC Utilities Commission when it comes time for implementation.
