It’s always puzzling when a film puts someone as top billed and that person ends up not having enough screen time. Swelter is that case for Van Damme. Arguably, there are plenty of recognizable faces that probably could have carried the movie as well as one expects it to do. But then again, when you’re looking for those five dollar DVDs, seeing Van Damme’s name would make you more likely to buy it. Either way, join Jeff and John on this modern day western as the two scratch their heads at everything that goes on in the film.
