Happy Listening!

Here are the questions from the Interview... Tim Wynn Composer Interview It’s good to have you on my show. How did you begin composing for video games and film? Tell me about your experiences studying under Elmer Bernstein, Christopher Young, and Jerry Goldsmith? At USC you became acquainted with Christopher Lennertz, in working with him as a business partner how has that helped your career? In some research, I made note that you composed for Roger Corman Productions, tell me about that experience? When writing music for current video games such as XCOM 2: The War of the Chosen, what do you mean when you talk about analog orchestral sounds? Do you look at the story of the games you compose for first before thinking about what music you will write or do you get a chance to see the game in action before composing some of the music? I see you were nominated five times for the G.A.N.G. awards and also you won OSV’s Best in Game Soundtrack in 2012. Tell me about that and what have you learned since then? Do you find it easier to compose with a large orchestra or a small one? If you had a dream job of composing for a large production for film or television of the past or present what would it be and why? Do you ever use unusual instruments to bring across a crisp fresh sound to your scores? What do you find easier, writing for film or video game? Are you currently working on any new projects that you can tell me about? What did you find most engaging about having a regular gig with the Show Supernatural? Do you have any independent projects in the works? Where can people find you, Tim? Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to be interviewed. Have a pleasant day. Also added are some of the score music for XCOM 2 as well as Command and Conquer 3. Happy Listening!
