Podcast Recommendation of the day- BomBARDed: If you're like me then you are incredibly envious of those with musical talent, if you are one of those people then I hate you... OK, so I don't hate you, but I am definitely jealous. Either way this group, BomBARDed, are actually a real life band! They bring their musical abilities to the D&D table by playing as multi class bards who use their talents to give life to their role play. This makes for an engaging listing experience like no other podcast as you they create songs or little riffs to accompany their story. They do throw in a lot of musical "jargon" but do their best to help explain the meanings behind these in little breaks in play where the players go away to create a song for a specific plot point. That's right, they literally write songs for different parts of the story. It's awesome. The music isn't the only draw either, the group are good friends and this really comes through in their interactions with one another as well as being very funny people with quick wit allowing them to pepper their story with hilarious jokes and references (I am personally a fan of the Monty Python ones).
They are also super active on Twitter so which I believe is always a bonus for a podcast like this.
Massive thank you to the Storm Weather Shanty Choir for the use of their song Drunken Sailor for our theme music.
