Meg Touborg is a leading design executive, entrepreneur, founder of Metworks Inc. and a co-founder of the Leaders of Design Council. Throughout her career, she has bridged the worlds of creativity and commerce in both fashion and design. Her specialties are concept development, strategic planning, marketing and team leadership. Previously, Meg was a Managing Partner in Design Investors, a private equity firm, where she served as CEO of Rose Tarlow Melrose House. She was also on the Boards of Directors of both the firm’s portfolio companies and of the La Cienega Design Quarter. Meg devoted her earlier career years to growing premium brands such as Waterworks, kate spade, Coach, Laura Ashley and Saks Fifth Avenue. Meg earned her Bachelors of Arts degree from Harvard College magna cum laude in History and Literature, and has completed executive courses at the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.
