This week's guest Jeremy Bhandari fresh out of college had an opportunity he was thrilled to have come his way and he took it, packed up his bags and relocated to another state to accept this job at ESPN. While working for ESPN this lead him into an idea for a book to inspire others. He spoke with a total of 16 professional Athletes about how they make it to the top and hence the book Trust The Grind was born. These superstars touched on productive tendencies like setting goals, eating right, developing self-confidence, thinking positive, etc. The book was most notably endorsed by NBA legend Jason Kidd and MMA star Paige VanZant. Two weeks into its launch, the book ranked #1 on Amazon's Teen/YA Personal Fitness & Exercise Bestseller list. Jeremy shares movies, music and books he loves as well as a good information to inspire us all that he gained from his experiences and working on the book Trust The Grind. This book makes a great gift for teens (boys) I read it first and now my sons are reading it as well.
