Submit ReviewThis week we selected two films currently on Netflix where the story was about love or relationships. The first film is an independent coming-of-age story called The Young Kieslowski (2014). The story centers on two college students that are faced with a difficult decision after a drunken one night stand. Our second film is the classic tale of Jane Eyre (2011) directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga and starring Mia Wasikowska, Michael Fassbender, Jamie Bell and Judi Dench. Next we have a Hidden Gems segment where we stick with the romance theme and suggest two films that you might want to sit back and enjoy on Valentines Day with your loved one. Then we set up next week’s show which is our Oscar preview show. We'll discuss 13th (2016) the Netflix original documentary directed by Ava DuVernay. The film looks at the horrifying history of African American incarceration in America. We also discuss some past Oscar winners and where Oscar got it wrong. As always a HUGE thank you to @sumkilla for our amazing theme and bumper music and a thank you to allflicks.net for the use of their Randomizer.
