This week I sat down with Dr. Madeline Pérez De Jesus. Madeline is an Associate Professor at the University of Saint Joseph, where she has taught for the past ten years. She earned a Masters in Social Work from Hunter College and her Ph.D. in Urban Education at the City University of New York's Graduate Center. At USJ, she teaches classes in social work methods, policy and field practice and a diversity course on Latina women. She not only is a professor, but a mom, wife, collegue and mentor to many.
